Work with the growth team to support various user growth efforts

The work scope of growth team includes: - Research and identify high potential user segments and the most effective channels to reach our target segments - Write copy and match with designer assets to effectively influence users in the specific channels we are leveraging - Monitor and measure all active campaigns and provide detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses - Hypothesize about new channel/segment combinations and develop campaigns across our applications to accelerate growth - Track SEO/ASO and improve search stats - Monitor all visible store content such as: description, title, release notes and screenshots. Keep everything updated on a weekly basis across platforms - Monitor our reviews on app stores: Relay useful reviews and information to our engineers - Manage our user community - Managing social media channels for the company, including the blog, YouTube channel, Facebook page and Twitter account. - Use Mixpanel, Intercom and Branch to analyze data and communicate interesting findings with team About you: - Proven ability to think strategically about a particular topic, industry, and product - Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to present results and actions plans with professionalism, authority and credibility to all levels within the Company - A good design sense preferred - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical subjects into simple, clear communications - Able to balance the need for quick turnaround with longer-term strategic efforts - Flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity - Excited by a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment - Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on the details - Exceptional writer with an ability to write with humor and playfulness. - Deep understanding of all things digital - Deep understanding of all major social media networks - early adapter who is always eager for buying new gadgets such as mobile devices, home theater system and networked products. - Someone who can easily setup home/office wireless router - Movie lover( user who is using at least one of these, Torrent or Plex or Air Video ) - Tech blogger/ freelancer app riviewer / Technical writer for on / off magazine (need to chech the reference with their content and audiences) Condition - Location: Seoul, Korea(That the possibility of a business trip to San Francisco) Qualifications - Passion for your life and work. - Native English Speaker, Bilingual candidates in English and Korean preferred.
