He/she will be responsible for building scalable business processes as well as identifying strategic options for the company. The role will include: - setting up processes, structures, budgets and organizational units including KPI systems - organizational management and resource controlling - identifying and closing partnerships - working closely with the CEO for strategic problem-solving, creating a network of partnerships & relationships and establishing the company as a leading internet company over the next years Salary: standard start-up salary largely driven by competitive equity package with huge upside, negotiable.
